Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing new opportunity integration. This position is a critical liaison between the client and Quixant’s commercial & technical teams while assuring accurate and timely delivery milestones.
Job Requirements
- Work with the customer and various departments within Quixant to successfully onboard new client projects
- Ability to create and manage the delivery of technical projects from concept all the way through mass production
- Create and manage project reports
- Coordination of product delivery
- Meeting coordination both in-person and online
- Ability to understand technical language pertaining to computers
- Ability to travel both domestic and international
- Availability to work with various time zones requires a flexible schedule to be available with an emphasis on European and Asian time zones
- Ability to communicate clearly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management with either computer, software or Casino Gaming experience and/or bachelor’s degree in related field of study preferred
- Ability to pass background check both at time of initial employment and as may be required from time to time in order to service accounts in the Casino Gaming market
- This position requires frequent travel, both domestic and internationally
