While the COVID-19 is having a major impact on everyone, I would like to reassure you that during this extremely difficult and uncertain period, Quixant remains fully operational. Our business continuity plan and robust technology systems mean that where our teams cannot work from our offices, they are able to work remotely without any loss of efficiency.
Customers should continue to contact us as normal – all office telephones and email accounts are still being monitored and you will receive a prompt response. We’re still very much open for business.
Our supply chain teams have been working diligently to mitigate the impact on customer deliveries and we thank our customers for their patience. Our supply chain remains robust and is currently heading back toward normality. However, we continue to strongly encourage customers to submit orders as early as possible and to allow for possible extensions to lead times in their production planning. We will be leveraging the use of audio and video conferencing facilities to remain in contact with our customers, so we collectively remain well-informed on the situation.
Quixant is financially secure with a strong balance sheet, a supportive shareholder base and extensive reserves.
